Indeed, how times have changed. Remember those car alarms that were nothing more than a siren that went off if there was a drop in voltage by opening a car door and the light coming on?ha, i always wanted to get a fake cell ant. right when i got my first car.. Never did though. These days i wouldn't WANT one though with all the thieving these days...
Used to love seeing "turbo" stickers on Yugos and Chevettes.They were replaced by Altezza's and huge spoilers.
I still see those fake cell antennae things on mexified Ford Expeditions and Explorers here every once in a while.
Used to be a lot of those "OAKLEY thermonuclear protection" stickers on cars around here in the late '80s/early '90s.

JC Whitney.I had the dual-bladed wipers on my badass Escort GT. Another friend had the "phoney," fake antenna on his cavalier.He also bought a JC Whitney spoiler and had someone bolt it to the trunk. And on that same Cavalier, or the Lier Jet as it was called, I drilled holes in his taillights when he bought those little purple brake light doo-dads....useless.
