Remember when the step up to mid-grade was 10 cents and premium was 10 cents more? I remember that even when gas first crested $2 about 20 years ago, it was, say, $2.09-$2.19-$2.29. But nowadays it's more like 30 cents more for each type of gas.Why don't oil prices at the stores fluctuate like gas?
