I can't recall where we got the fixtures, but you can move them up and down by losening the set screw and moving the counterweight.

Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are white, and it's not an off-white, it's a fresh-snow bright white. So are all the ceilings.

I hear ya, your kitchen is about the same size as mine. The only kitchen I've ever seen that had less storage space, was in the house I grew up in, and at least it had a pantry. This one doesn't. My cupboards are crammed to near-uselessness.

Refrigerators are getting bigger. Strange, since people cook at home less than they used to.
Instead of a HUGE fridge, I'd just rather have a backup fridge for beverages. We have a chest freezer also out in the garage, which makes life much nicer.
