Can you buy Everclear grain where you live?

The Pennsylvania Liquor control board sucks. No beer in grocery or convenience stores and apparently Everclear grain is not allowed to be sold here. In what states/provinces can you buy it and what proof is sold? Some states allow the 151 proof only, others allow 151 and 190 proof.

Last time I had any of that was in highschool at a party.
They made 2 huge things of 'jungle juice' with watermelons and all sorts of other fruit. I am sure I got hammered.

In 1971 I went to a "grain party" where for $2 and a can of fruit juice you got in. There were trash cans filled with grain alcohol and fruit juice; you just dipped your cup and drank. I do not remember driving home and the next day my vision was fuzzy for most of the day. Pure WT.

Sin as hard as you want 6 days a week, but you have to be good on Sundays. If you don't want to be good, you at least have to be prepared.

And yeah, Everclear is WT as hell, but I think that's part of the appeal of it. The stuff makes great jello shots though.
