I'm not so sure...I mean, he currently picks on bush and the republicans, but all the comics do. In the past, he picked on democrats when Clinton was in office.

Yes all comedians did this. but if you listen to his rants on public works projects, and socialized medicine for example you will see what I'm talking about.

Hard to say,
because most conservatives are more understated about it, where liberal comics tend to use it for the basis of more of their jokes.

I'd have to watch him again, but I'm thinking Ron White.
